How to Apply

If you are interested in applying to the next edition of the Florence Youth Festival (FOG) please take a look at the following procedure:

Fill out the General Information Form below
You will be contacted by our staff and receive detailed information regarding the festival.
Further documentation will be requested such as: full concert program, CV of orchestra/choir, photos, etc
Once both parties agree on the participation to the Festival, a formal contract will follow.

When

Please notice that in order to be part of the summer festival, FOG should receive the application form at least six months in advance. Failure to do so, FOG can not guarantee the acceptance of the application.

Please note: Participating orchestras are responsible for their own travel costs to and from Italy, and all transfers within. The Festival can organise coach transfers within Italy for those arriving by air (service quoted on application).
