TOUR IN JAPAN!

We are delighted to announce that we have we just started our Japanese branch over Tokyo and we are now fully organizing appealing and approachable concert tours there, with collaboration of several institutions such as the Kawasaki and Waseda University and many international cultural institutes of Tokyo. Our long term plan includes the creation of the Tokyo International Youth Orchestras Festival (starting in 2021).
The orchestras will perform in some of the most important Japanese cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and the concerts could take place in beautiful scenes such as the Wind Hall in Mitaka City Arts Center, the Wien Hall in Fuchu, the Gloria Chapel in Shinigawa and the Scott Hall in Waseda.
This project will give the musicians also the possibility to enjoy music workshops and cultural exchange with local Japanese orchestras.

THE FESTIVAL

Accomodation & logistics

FOG coordinates hotel bookings for participating orchestras. We offer a wide range of options from 3 to 4 stars hotels that have been carefully selected by our staff and that are strategically located from the concert venues.

If requested by the orchestras, FOG can also help with general logistics and other types of bookings/rentals.

Promotion

FOG puts great attention to the promotion of the festival by working closely with local institutions such as the cultural department of each city, tourist offices, other cultural associations, etc.

Furthermore, our press office sends daily press releases to the main local newspapers in order to advertise each concert. Finally, we have a strong promotional campaign that includes billboards around Florence, and an extensive flyer distribution throughout the month.
